Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The Director, Program Management, Product & ETF Marketing, works independently and represents Insights, Analytics and Marketing (IA&M) on various projects: Delivering process enhancements, efficiencies and alignment supporting the marketing organization and the business as a whole. Initiatives include fund launches/liquidations, mergers, regulatory communications, data source or disclosure changes and acquisitions integration and digital initiatives (collectively key projects). The role will identify and assess the scope/ impact of key projects and opportunities for improvement to IA&M, engage needed team members and launch associated work flows to complete IA&Ms portion of projects and deliver improvements measured by resource optimization, timelines and effectiveness. Additionally, the role will partner with a change management contractor to redefine expectations of IA&M in key projects, document new SLAs and workflows that drive process efficiencies. The Program Director, along with Investment Marketers, will document key content locations and create a process to update content in current manual approach while supporting our move to a systematic process leveraging go-forward platforms (CMS, AEM, DAM).

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

* Identify key areas for process enhancement. Assess the impact of the key projects, assess readiness and identify key stakeholders, key requirements/dependencies from cross-functional teams and vendors.
* Continue to drive, define and communicate the teams still-evolving function within IA&M and more broadly.
* Project definition, management and/or support for key projects. Apply a structured methodology to leading the team, partnering to design enhancements and delivering meaningful change that supports business goals and overall efficiency.
* Project management will include kickoff, requirements gathering, assignment of key activities, conferring with multiple IA&M teams, ensuring program goals are reached
* Manage program and collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate IA&Ms plan and scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives
* Create and assign actionable deliverables for each team within IA&M leveraging workflow tools. Maintain basic understanding of all key workflows and resolve obstacles that delay them.
* Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications within IA&M.
* Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of SLAs and associated training needs for changes.
* Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
* Work with other business areas to identify opportunities across multiple initiatives within the department
* Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
* Establish management systems that drives continuous growth in maturity of processes and capabilities in business readiness. Design, deliver and complete change management assessments throughout the project lifecycle
* Working on a range of projects simultaniously, must thrive in a dynamic environment and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up their sleeves to positively influence the client experience.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

* Demonstrated expertise and experience, and a track record of success partnering with technology and business functions to understand processes and subsequently designing and delivering impactful enhancements.
* 10+ years of total expeirence, with 5+ years in Asset Management or Financial Services with marketing and investment product knowledge beneficial.
* Experience managing and motivating a team
* Ability to motivate, energize and drive results with a multi-function, multi-location team, balancing individual problem solving with effective communications and partnership.
* Strong understanding of marketing support and digital processes and best practice, with hands on experience evaluating and enhancing these processes and related tools
