Commercial Peripherals

We are looking for a digital first dynamic, creative, self-starting marketing professional to proactively manage and drive our new Commercial Peripherals product launches and training materials across the globe. The qualified candidate would be part of our fast-moving and fast-growing Displays & Peripherals New Product Introduction (NPI) team working closely with our product marketing managers, creative pros, worldwide marketing, agencies, content teams and global market contacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our goal is to elevate our product story through engaging sales tools and assets that empowers our sales teams and channel partners to generate demand for our Displays & Peripherals solutions and experiences. The NPI Lead will work closely with multiple teams, internal and external, to deliver the entire suite of compelling best-in-class assets and content supporting our product launches. Target audiences for the deliverables are the internal sales force, channel partners, large customers, executives and events.

* Lead digital NPI activations for the NPI Peripherals team
* Be able to navigate through different orgaizations to ensure seamless NPIs, from working with product management, to ensuring products are represented well online
* Ensure that stakeholders have the best digital assets for sell in
* Be the digital representation for the NPI team; seek out the best digital assets in the industry
* Lead the NPI team in the way of video/digital assets for NPIs
* Manage, create and distribute full range of standard global digital assets supporting a product launch
* Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-grasp messages for sales and customers
* Work closely with Product Managers to thoroughly understand the products to create product narrative and engaging sales training materials Drive overarching strategy for assets/initiatives in product portfolio with ability to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and available funding. Manage NPI budget and spend tied to various funding sources
* Manage and track deliverables produced within team and/or WW Marketing and agencies to meet deadlines
* Think out-of-the-box and collaborate to create marketing/training materials that will engage and excite our sales team and channel partners about our products.
* Ensure proper integration of NPI content into HP content systems and sales tools
* Keep regular communication with your stakeholders, including region category leads and product managers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* 5+ years of experience in managing, creating and producing marketing digital assets. High-tech industry is a plus.
* Strong visual communication, presentation and writing skills with emphasis on technology.
* Expertise in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Office applications (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus).
* Thorough knowledge in the field of marketing communications. Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Coordinating events is a plus
* BA or BS in Graphic Arts, Communications, or Marketing,
* The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment while being a motivated self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Autonomous, flexible, effective and creative problem-solving skills with high attention to details
