Job Description

The Operations Proactive Sensor Management position provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will provide IT service support for NETCOM Operations Sensor visualization utilizing provided tools in order to achieve a comprehensive situational understanding of NETCOM managed networks. The Proactive Sensor Management position provides a Common Operational Picture (COP) with near real-time sensor data of all DoDIN-A network asses including circuit status and key performing indicators (KPIs). We are looking to hire a full-time Operation Proactive Sensor Management to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or tasks.
* In-depth understanding of the task order requirements, their responsibilities, and the ability, knowledge, experience, and skills to carry-out those requirements and responsibilities
* Current understanding of Army Enterprise LWN capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs
* DoD and Army Cybersecurity Policy, including DoD Instruction 8500.01, Cybersecurity, Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 Information Assurance and AR 25-1 Army Information Technology.
* DISA Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) operations and technologies
* DISA JRSS network/systems performance and application performance monitoring (tools expertise includes but is not limited to: InfoVista, Riverbed, Netcool)
* Monitor the NETCOM-managed networks capacity performance.
* Execute incident management on the NETCOM-managed networks
* Army Top Level Architecture (TLA) operations and technologies
* Army TLA network monitoring and performance (tool expertise includes but is not limited to: DX Spectrum)
* Army Help Desk Operations (tool expertise includes but is not limited to: BMC Remedy IT Service management tool (ITSM))
* Network and team collaboration (tool expertise includes but is not limited to: chat software such as Transverse, swiftchat, Microsoft Teams)
* Excellent technical writing, critical thinking/analytical, oral and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio

Education
* BA/BS or equivalent experience

Qualifications/Certifications
* DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAT II
* Computing Environment Certification
* Clearance: Top Secret, must be able to obtain SCI
* 8 - 10 years of experience in information technology field
