What does a great Implementation Consultant do?

A great implementation consultant loves being part of a team that introduces the credit union to their new core. Their work is the first impression the credit union gets of the Fiserv core and they take pride in delivering quality results. They are able to multi-task efficiently and take pride in their ability to do so.

Who We Are: The Credit Union Solutions Client Delivery Teams are responsible for installation and configuration of debit, ATM and credit card processing modules for a variety of credit union core processing systems.

As a Implementation Consultant, you can look forward to:-

* Working with the conversion team handle the set-up and configuration of the software required to run the ATM/debit and credit card programs at the CU.

* Train the credit union on the ATM/Debit and credit card software

* Train the credit union on how to balance daily card transaction activity.

* Support the client through the go live event to ensure products are working as expected.

* Support the client through the initial balancing efforts.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

* 3 plus years of experience installing or running credit union systems with an emphasis on EFT products

* Knowledge of debit/ATM/credit processing for credit unions working with one or more networks.

* Knowledge of credit union core processing systems with an emphasis in EFT processing.

Preferred Qualification

* Bachelors degree.

* Knowledge of the Spectrum core is preferred.

* Knowledge of project management practices

* Project Management Certification
