Fiservs Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two one-year assignments in a core functional role within the firm. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience unique in the business worldand unique to you! As a part of the Corporate Analyst Program you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program.
The candidate will act as the connection between the line-of-business and internal and external stakeholders to create and facilitate communications and solutions in the delivery of business process improvements. The primary role performed by the team is support in ideation, requirements gathering, and project management to deliver solutions which improve our associates' and clients' lives. The Business Systems Analyst Associate is a first-tier position on Fiservs Card Services team. The role requires the candidate to process a specified volume of projects which will range from small to large in scope and length with at least one strategic stretch goal per year.
Candidate Qualifications & Education Requirements
What we are looking for
* Recent graduates of a bachelors degree program in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or Associates degree with relevant work experience.
* GPA 3.0+ preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in implementations, business systems analysis, project management or coordination, or product management.
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service oriented or time-sensitive environment driven by project timelines.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in high pressure situations.
* Experience working with the MS Office Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Visio
* Self-starter who can work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
* General understanding of Project Management principles.
