JOB SUMMARY/JOB DUTIES
* Supports day to day office administration functions to include scheduling, transfers and attendance
* Assists Office Manager with transmitting weekly payroll
* Assists Office Manager with training and orientation activities for all new hires and returning seasonal workforce
* Assists Office Manager in maintaining good data of all employee's 30-day, 1400-hours, seniority date data and job transfers
* Assists Office Manager with the monthly benefits reporting, sick days and leave of absence tracking
* Translates documents and conversations for staff members
* Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
* Files correspondence and other records
* Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and handles accordingly
* Maintains front office area organized, and good stock of office supplies
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual Spanish (Required)
* Three years professional experience in office procedures, and human resources administration (Recommended)
* Expert level knowledge and ability to use a computer as well as basic experience in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Power Point (Required)
* Basic understand of manufacturing principles (a Plus)
* Ability to write and verbally communicate in a professional manner (Required)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
* Seasonal / Temporary May through November timeframe
* Office environment
* Six-days per week (Monday through Saturday or Sunday)
* Overtime when needed
