Position Summary
The Associate Program Manager, Patient Support will play a key role in the management of our broad patient access support services and reimbursement strategies across the BMS portfolio for current and future pipeline products, with primary focus on the maintenance of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) program for Zeposia and its potential future indications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the day to day interactions that support and improve patient access to medications and treatment. This person will be responsible for managing programs, responding to' daily customer issues / resolution and serving as a point of contact for internal BMS matrix partners and external vendors.

* Evaluate industry best practices across the Multiple Sclerosis therapeutic classes in the areas of reimbursement and affordability.
* Partner with Access & Reimbursement Managers to facilitate enterprise initiatives and execution in the field.
* Assist in improving productivity, consistency, and quality across all Zeposia vendors through audit, appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external partners
* Create and provide training to vendor partners.
* Manage operations of key patient support programs, to ensure high quality performance and adherence to contractual requirements.
* Conduct regularly scheduled vendor site visits and/or business reviews.
* Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelors degree or equivalent required with a minimum of 2-3+ years in pharmaceuticals and/or related healthcare experience.
* Candidates should have demonstrated performance in the following skills: project management, data analytics, mobilizing matrix team members and embracing teamwork in a cross-functional environment.
* Strong interpersonal, communications, project management and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to present complex information to multiple stakeholders
* Candidate must act with a sense of accountability and urgency, while collaborating closely with others.
