IT Leader Sr
Business Unit: NUCLEAR

The IT Leader, Sr. will be responsible for supervising the IT Infrastructure team.

Position Summary:

Responsible for long-term assignments of major complexity and/or strategic or
Corporate impacts within the IT department. Responsibilities also include risk assessment, task prioritization employee development, team building, and long term planning/project management.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Manage implementation and oversight of regulatory requirements to include interacting with inspectors and regulators on licensing commitments.
2. Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
3. Coaches others on methods of managing multiple/conflicting priorities.
4. Facilitates meetings to address complex and/or highly sensitive issues.
5. Advocates employee development and cross training.
6. Track and trend data to identify recurring problems in order to implement corrective actions.
7. Development and implementation of IT Infrastructure and / or Software Applications strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Corporate IT and Cyber Security goals and objectives.
8. Supervisory oversight of business network infrastructure and / or Software Applications including, Cook datacenters, physical servers, virtualization, end point devices, wiring and communications.
9. Create and maintain disaster recovery, security and backup and restore plans and policies.
10. Collaborate and effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
11. Collaborate with Corporate IT and Cyber Security personnel to ensure compliance and prompt risk mitigation of identified issues.
12. Develop maintenance and growth plans, evaluating, troubleshooting and implementing new IT solutions.

Minimum Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Education requirements are listed below:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent; combination of education and/or experience.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

* 8 or more years' of related technical and leadership experience is required.
* Preferred: Virtualization experience in an Enterprise Windows environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

* Performance of duties may involve work in hazardous areas and possible radiation exposure within the limits prescribed by the NRC.
* Emergency Response Organization support at plant and data centers is required.
* Physical demand level is Sedentary
