Job Description
As a Senior Analyst on the Strategic Sourcing - Marketing Services team, your primary role will be to support the team by leading the execution of a broad array of sourcing projects (i.e. RFPs, RFQs, negotiations) for indirect products and services across the enterprise.

In addition to managing sourcing projects, this role involves assessing cost reduction opportunities by researching market trends, internal spend data, and evaluating current agreements with CVS Health's vendor partners. In this role, you may also be tasked with supporting Procurement leadership with the execution of other key special projects (e.g. acquisition integration, etc.).

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing Marketing Services, and will work in a team environment that provides support and guidance to ensure that Strategic Procurement is effectively serving its internal stakeholders.

This role is based in one of the headquarter locations (Cumberland, RI or Hartford, CT) or available as a work from home role.

Required Qualifications
1 or more years related professional experience
1 or more years advanced experience with Microsoft Excel in a professional or academic setting. Especially regarding data manipulation and formatting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Graph/Chart experience)

Preferred Qualifications
Previous analytical or procurement experience
Procurement and/or sourcing experience
Eager to gain new experiences, qualifications, and responsibilities
Experience with electronic sourcing platforms, such as Ariba eSourcing, strongly preferred
Negotiation Skills / Experience
Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma Project Experience
Vendor Management / Consolidation Experience

Education
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably a major or focused area of study in: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply- Chain Management, Procurement, Marketing, Advertising. MBA preferred.
