As a Records Imaging Specialist you will be responsible for mailroom and document management processing. You will work closely with internal employees and our Amarillo Service Team to ensure documents are processed timely and accurately.

About the role

Mailroom Responsibilities:

o Sort, process, and pickup incoming and outgoing mail and packages

o Assist with special mailings

o Provide shipping information and guidance to internal employees

Document Management:

o Prep and sort incoming and internal mail, identify the appropriate line of business, correct transaction and work type

o Scan prepped mail to imaging system using Kodak scanners and Kofax software

o Index time sensitive documents to help ensure critical service levels are met

o Process essential lockbox documents, includes prepping checks for deposit to clients accounts and processing teams

o Review mail for prepping accuracy to control quality

o Research transactions and documentation, using multiple systems

What we are looking for

Mailroom and document management experience

Experience in Financial Services industry preferred

Computer proficient and able to maneuver in multiple systems at one time

Excellent Excel skills a must

Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to compose professional and informative emails

Plan and organize work with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and ability to research and meet deadlines

Customer-service oriented

High school diploma or equivalent and/or one year work experience, some college preferred

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Onsite presence required
