JOB SUMMARY
Provide clinical facilitation to customers to ensure they are competent and confident to use the BOTOX and JUVEDERM cosmetic range of products.
Provide clinical training to Sales Manager, Product Specialists at Allergan team meetings.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver clinical facilitation, as developed by the Allergan Advisory Board and the OEU clinical team, to customers and Sales Mangers, Product Specialists at conferences, clinical workshops and training meetings.
* Work with the AMI manager with input from marketing and sales team as well as medical manager, to determine clinical needs and provide facilitation to customers accordingly.
* Formulate clinical development plans for your top 30 accounts to be communicated and reviewed with Facial Brand Team
* Work with KAMs during in house training events to develop their expertise in how to coach customers in patient consultation skills.
* Effectively articulate product specific selling messages and differentiation of Allergan products and services versus the competitors.
* Maintain a high level of service through reliable and timely follow-up after any interaction with customers and Allergan medical trainers.
* Input and maintain Veeva data as required.
* Attendance at congresses and Allergan Medical Institute meetings to engage with customers, develop and upskill yourself.
* Set up Allergan clinical training meeting including preparation with trainers, presentation, facilitation in collaboration Associate Director Medical Affairs.
Quality & Compliance
* Support Allergan's Quality Management System and internal auditing processes.
* Ensure commitment to regulatory compliance by attending training and adhering to Allergan's policies and procedures.
General
* Adhere to Allergan's internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.
* Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties, as requested.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
* Healthcare related degree
* Native in Czech/Slovak or Hungarian
* Upper-intermediate in English (written & oral)
* Czech/Slovak or Hungarian as additional language will be an asset
* Strong communication skills
