Primary Responsibilities:

* Uses data analytics / SPC for productivity, First Pass Yield, and OEE targets and improvement.
* Liaison with Design Engineering for producibility improvement / design changes. Understands product designs and can identify / suggest changes.
* Improve manufacturing processes / products to achieve producibility (managing tool orders, shop aid design, etc.).
* Participate in tool design reviews to ensure tools are feasible and reduce build times and program costs during fabrication.
* Drive problem solving initiatives and challenge status quo (C/A Investigations, OEE, FPY, Customer Escapes).

Basic Qualifications:

* Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings / models.
* Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work in a dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong Mechanical / Manufacturing aptitude with basic understanding of Robotics / Automation and Project Management.
* Basic understanding of assembly, machining, and composite manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of CAD / CAM systems, CATIA V5 MBD, or similar experience preferred.
