What you will do
To oversee all logistic, supply chain, operation, and inventory management activities as they relate to surgical case scheduling and case coverage. These functions must be accomplished in compliance with corporate objectives, policies, procedures, and guidelines. This position has responsibilities to be the liaison between the field sales team for the area covered and the Regional Manager of Master Hub Operations, and Wright Medical Technology while supervising and coordinating all activities relating to Operations, Inventory Management, Inventory Requirements Planning, WEX Management, and other related operational analysis.
* Provide leadership support in absence of Supervisor on the activities of a small diverse group of Hub Operations staff to ensure that all kits are replenished and allocated to ensure that all surgeries are covered, using available system tools.
* Communicate policy and procedures to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure understanding and resolution of field representative and/or customer concerns or needs.
* Oversee and responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, directing work and providing leadership on a daily basis to employees within the Hub area.
* Thorough understanding of the companys quality systems and FDA compliance requirements.
* Based on local business needs, may be needed for on-call duties outside of business hours and on weekends.
