We seek an experienced Project Manager with proven analytical, project /change management, benefits management and compliance skills for the Corporate Benefits and Compensation group reporting to Director, Retirement Plans.

* Due diligence, acquisition integration and union environment experience preferred
* Strong Project Management with a hands on approach spanning complex benefit plans
* Capability of making recommendations on how to effectively resolve problems or issues, using sound judgment that considers applicable standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or governmental laws balanced with pragmatism.
* Driven process efficiencies; identifies process improvement opportunities and risks, and effectively documents processes and related control checks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with various organizational levels. Collaborates within group, amongst businesses / regions/ functions, and with outside consultants
* Ability to multi-task and work effectively in dynamic environment
* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
* Experience working with outsourced benefits administrators and other business partners
* Ability to consistently execute on challenging objectives and stretch goals.
* Experience with ADP payroll, Work Day or cloud HCM system preferred
* Bachelors Degree required
* 7+ years Benefit Administration and project management experience

What Youll Do
As a Manager, Retirement Plans, you'll be located near our office in New Britain, CT. Specifically, youll:

* Manage retirement vendor relationships including outsourced benefits administration partners, external benefit plan auditors, etc. to ensure accurate and timely plan administration of U.S. defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
* Monitor and comply with legislative trends to ensure compliance for plan administration.
* Responsible for timely updates to plan documentation for legislative and plan design changes.
* Prepare annual analysis of retirement plan costs supporting corporate operating budget.
* Assist with retirement projects such as acquisition due diligence and integration, annuity purchase, plan mergers, and bulk lump sum offering.
* Partner with Benefits team and consultants creating employee communications (Summary Plan Descriptions, annual and ongoing employee communications, process training guides, etc.).
* Counsel Field HR representatives and other associates/retirees on escalated matters.
* Partner with Corporate HR team and Business HR on due diligence and acquisition integration to assist in assessment of synergies and other related integration tasks.
* Navigate due diligence data room sites to retrieve documents. Manage retrieval and retention of documents for acquisitions. Track open and closed HR due diligence data requests and responses.
* May participate in other team projects as time/capacity permit.
