What Youll Do
As a Director, Sales Lowes, youll be part of our Lowes team located in Huntersville, NC. Youll get to:
* Lead and/or develop the commercial account organization for the Lowes Power Tools Accessories business. Spanning across all portfolios within Power Tool Accessories.
* Devise & Implement a strategic sales plan for Lowes Power Tools Accessories businesses, with focus on core growth, promotional planning/execution, supply chain excellence and margin improvement
* Cultivate and manage relationships with all Lowes buying teams including: Merchant Directors, Merchants, Supply Chain, Merchant Assistants, and Promotional Management Teams
* Partner with product, finance and channel marketing to coordinate and implement targeted new product launches, promotions, and line fills to profitably grow the account
* Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing teams both short and long term to manage business effectively.
* Coordinate and manage monthly billing cycle for business, demand planning, and unit-based forecast supported by POS reports and seasonal trends
* Effectively manage marketing, promotional and T&E budget
* Coordinate and manage line review cycle with Lowes to grow and expand our business
* Develop 3yr strategy plans for account growth, marketing integration, and new product innovation
* Integrate Stanley Black and Decker New Product Road Map into collaborative growth planning with Lowes
* Manage and plan new growth agreements based on exclusivity, timing, and product design
Who You Are

* BS degree (Business or Marketing)
* 10+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably focused on Lowes and retail channel. Lowes direct sales or channel marketing experience preferred
* 3-5 years people leadership experience with a proven track record of developing talent and driving results in the team environment
* Exceptional leadership presence
* Prior sales management and key account sale experience
* Superior Interpersonal skills - proficient in both written and verbal communications
* Demonstrated success in problem solving - must be creative and innovative thinker
* Demonstrated success in negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes
* Ability to organize and prioritize strong attention to detail and follow through required
* Strong ability to be flexible and adapt to change in business practices, market changes, etc
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
* Proven leader and team player with solid track record of success
* Ability to work independently and cross-functionally at multiple levels within the business unit (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, etc)
* Willingness to travel- 10%
