How You Will Make An Impact

As a Trade Manager you will support the development of the trade-based application content and become the expert in Non-Structural/Structural Trade. You will support content creation, training creation and work cross-functionally with our product, brand and sales teams in developing and arranging product roadmaps based on most critical Trade needs

What You Will Be Doing

* Support the development of the Trade based application content and become the expert in Trade knowledge
* Knowledgeable and aware of upcoming market trends, anticipate the impact and continuously monitoring competitive landscape.
* Support content creation & training creation
* Responsible for the revenue growth attainment within the defined Trade
* Work with Business Insight team to analyze, interpret and form intelligence from external market report and research, to feed into recommendations for activities with customers.
* Work with the SBU's to develop and arrange the product roadmaps based on most critical Trade needs
* Work with product and business unit management on future product development opportunities and the creation of marketing plans and sales force training for new product launches.
* Collaborate with the training team to develop & design the trade application solutions training content and deploy to the field sales and engineering teams

What You Bring To The SBD Team

* 5+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Construction Industry
* Bachelors or Associates degree (Sales, Marketing or Business-related field)
* Experience using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com a plus
* Knowledge of Construction Trades/Applications/Products
* Skilled in training & product content creation for Salesforce
* Knowledge in creating training content & delivering training
* Experience in Market Research and Product Roadmap Creation
* Experience in product content creation for Sales material
* Must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and internal teams
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications
* Proven track record delivering positive results with a strong desire to win are a must.
* Demonstrated time management skills, ability to set priorities and self-motivation is required
