Position Overview
NAVISTAR is hiring entry level Production Assemblers starting at $17.00 per hour with increases of $1 per hour each year per current contract. We're hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts. Other benefits include, but are not limited to:

The Navistar Springfield Assembly Plant is a unionized facility; UAW Local 402. This position would require you to assemble truck parts on a moving line, using hand and other various tools. Selected candidates must be able to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods of time. The position also requires repetitive hand use, forceful gripping, use of vibrating tools and hazardous machinery, if applicable.
