Summary
The Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for receiving, tracking, and completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) in support of the sales team. This role also includes general support of the Marketing Team's internal and external communications efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for drafting all Request for Proposal and Request for Information and timely submissions.
* Receive and track all RFPs/RFIs received by LES, noting deadlines, response requirements, and any issues to be escalated
* Work directly with the Business Development Executive assigned to each opportunity, along with other relevant departments within LES, to collect the information necessary for response
* Coordinate with LES's legal team to ensure timely review of contract terms
* Maintain a database of standard RFP responses, working with subject-matter experts in all departments to keep responses accurate over time
* Report RFP/RFI-related metrics to senior leadership
* Assist the Marketing Team with internal and external communication projects, as needed
* Coordinating the distribution of LES's Daily internal email newsletter: collecting information to be included and building/scheduling the email in Constant Contact
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 3 years' experience in proposal drafting and market facing communications. Experience in communications in the following industries is preferred: health, wellness, risk management, occupational testing, benefits.
* Detailed knowledge of LES's services and the employee wellness industry in general
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with strong relationships within the company to gather additional information as needed
* Ability to manage overlapping projects in various stages, immovable deadlines, and shifting priorities
* Superior written communications skills, with the ability to express complex concepts in clear, understandable language
* Strong computer proficiency, including extensive knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
* Knowledge of multiple online RFP platforms, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly as the need arises
