The Personnel and Pay Program SME is a key position on the Program Management team of large complex Army Personnel/Pay Program providing strategic leadership and organizational and process knowledge/expertise.

* This opportunity requires proven organizational leadership experience and demonstrated knowledge/expertise delivering and supporting Personnel and Pay processes for a complex government/military organization.
* You will take an active leadership role in the management of government/military organizational stakeholders as part of the delivery of large complex Personnel programs and provide guidance and strategic insight to Personnel/Pay process design and deployment project teams.
* Youll also work collaboratively with Program PMO team and program executives to plan and manage delivery according to aggressive program schedule.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* 12+ years of experience working and leading complex PeopleSoft HCM Payroll engagements.
* Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Global Payroll module with ability to lead design and integration strategy to meet complex requirements for a large Government/Military organization.
* Strong knowledge and experience with implementation of PeopleSoft Global Payroll model for complex organization.
* Lead experience on complex initiative, special projects or large enhancements on PeopleSoft program.
* Ability to lead functional and technical team members on activities spanning all project phases.
* Solid understanding of setup tables, and integration/interdependencies between various PeopleSoft HCM modules.
* Ability to lead delivery of Global Payroll implementation team activities according to program schedule
* Define and Lead optimal approach for Full Life Cycle activities for Global Payroll implementation
* Ability to work with Program Management team and Client Leadership to plan and manage delivery activities

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

* 7+ years experience working in organization supporting Army/Military Personnel or Pay processes.
* 5+ years experience working with HCM systems/applications and supporting processes.
* Consistently produce high value work products within established schedules.
* Experience successfully leading deployment of new systems/processes for complex organization.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of program stakeholders.
* Build confidence and trust with team members and customers.
