Were seeking an experienced professional to help empower people and businesses to purposefully share data and build relationships. With ecosystem shifts and heightened privacy concerns around third party data, Facebook is committed to providing our advertisers the best tools to get the most out of their Facebook advertising. The Product Marketing Manager, Business Signals, will support a portfolio of products that help businesses onboard their website, app and offline customer data to Facebook, reach new people through better targeting and optimization, measure the results of their campaigns like sales, and gain insights through analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools and will lead go-to-market strategy.

Product Marketing Manager, Business Signals Responsibilities

* Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market

* Identify product opportunities through customer interviews and qualitative and quantitative analysis

* Produce market assessments including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and product requirements

* Work closely with the product management and engineering team to deliver world-class products, including driving prioritization decisions

* Manage product alphas and betas to direct product refinements and identify critical customer needs that must be met by the product in order to launch

* Develop the go-to-market strategy for product releases, and be able to execute those plans

* Support sales teams in handling customer questions and on signals business tools and partner with engineering and product teams to coordinate troubleshooting these tools

* Refine the product positioning, materials, and training for sales and clients

* Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including Marketing Communications and PR

* Assess adoption of released products, and conduct analysis on impact to the business

* Work across other teams at Facebook to ensure there is alignment in product and business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS degree

* 8+ years of professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals

* Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product management, design, data science and research functions

* Experience influencing product development and product strategy

* Product marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels

* Proven record of mentoring and leading a diverse team across offices

* Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders

* Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree

* Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

* Technical degree or knowledge on technical products
