We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) Lead who is passionate about technology, innovation and driving solutions to work within our Recruiting organization. The Product Marketing Manager Lead will support a team of Product Marketers to formulate and drive product strategy alongside other cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, Design, Research and Analytics. This individual will work at the intersection of strategy, program management and product development to help drive towards Recruitings vision. A successful candidate must have experience working at global scale with multiple technical product teams and numerous partner stakeholders to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced environment. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision making under uncertainty.

Manager - Product Marketing Manager (PMM) Team, Recruiting Responsibilities

* Lead, manage and develop a team of highly skilled Product Marketers to deliver outstanding solutions

* Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with peer leads in Product Management, Engineering, Research, Design, etc.

* Develop and then demonstrate a strong understanding of Recruiting and the broader Facebook ecosystem to influence strategic product direction and positioning

* Identify the strategy, goals and metrics of the team to ensure key success criteria is clearly defined

* Establish scalable approaches to deliver solutions at scale

* Influence direction and drive action across teams at all levels to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our global recruiting organization

* Synthesizing market research and competitive analysis to help drive product decisions that align with the overall recruiting strategy

* Work closely with the product marketing team to develop successful go-to-market plans and launches including communication strategies, product adoption approaches and managing detailed, long-term growth plans

* Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to across the team

* Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Minimum Qualifications

* 10+ years experience in a startup or corporate environment with at least 4 of those years experience in product management, product marketing or related field

* Product Marketing experience

* Proven track record of developing, managing and growing teams

* Experience working with product team(s) to deliver software solutions

* Quantitative analytical and communication experience

* Experience working in a cross-functional team based capacity

* 5+ years of program management experience

* 4+ years people management experience with experience in building teams and developing skills of individuals

* 2+ years of strategic planning experience

* Familiarity with various project management tools and lifecycle approaches

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors degree

* Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis

* Experience in working across all stages of a strategy execution lifecycle, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases

* Experience identifying product opportunities to creatively solve problems that align to overall strategy and vision

* Recruiting/talent acquisition experience or experience with enterprise products

* Experience working across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience leveraging cross-team relationships to drive action and direction
