Our WhatsApp Business product marketing team is seeking a full-time role as a Digital Marketing Manager to own set up and strategic operations of our digital marketing channels and data management. The successful candidate will have experience setting up infrastructure and managing marketing automation tools (email marketing, lead gen, CRM integrations) from a strategic, programmatic and operational perspective. Experience in B2B channel management, audience management, and/or enterprise SaaS marketing experience preferred. This role is expected to drive impact in close partnership with important cross functional teams such business process & technology, GBM, partnerships (WA-P, BEPs), content and design. The successful candidate will have a digital marketing or marketing technology background along with program management, communication and presentation skills. This role will report to the Integrated Business Marketing Lead.
Marketing Technology & Ops Manager, Integrated Business Marketing (WhatsApp) Responsibilities
* Define and set up marketing technology infrastructure (with agency & engineering support) and manage marketing automation tools (email marketing, lead gen, CRM integrations) from a strategic, programmatic and operational perspective.
* Manage audiences for lead gen, CRM, and data connectivity across channels.
* Collaborate with marketing communications and product marketing teams to build and activate the global customer relationship marketing strategy for WhatsApp.
* Use & demonstrate leadership in marketing data and analytics to identify and modify growth and adoption strategies.
* Lead cross-functional project teams to plan, run and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities, to support key business outcomes.
* Possess deep understanding and develop insights about our core audience - who they are and what they are looking to accomplish across the business lifecycle.
* Look for opportunities to automate process and build scalable infrastructure to support the marketing organization.
* Report digital marketing results regularly and provide recommendation to leadership and key stakeholders.
* Willing to travel/work with international teams, approximately 10% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors degree
* 8+ years of experience in digital marketing in B2B or a technology company
* Experience in project and vendor management
* Presentation and communication skills
* Experience thriving in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in marketing technology or customer relationship marketing at a SaaS or ecommerce company
* Experience with marketing automation tools (email marketing, lead gen, CRM integrations)
* Experience with audience segmentation
