Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming telephone lines and assist callers in a professional manner. Greet and receive visitors.
Backup Office Facilities teammates, and perform duties as needed:
Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and overnight packages.
Distribute office supplies to supply rooms.
Assist with department moves when needed.
Maintain postage machines.
Distribute copy paper to designated area.
Order office supplies.
Proxy Approve invoices for the department.
Assist in setting up Boardroom for meetings.
Manage office pool vehicle fleet.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required. Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have strong telephone experience and organizational skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Heavy lifting may be required.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
Salary Range $35,000 Min / $58,700 Max
