The AV/IT ANALYST position is a part of the Audio/Visual team and functions within the Commercial and Residential Solutions Information Technology business function. As an AV/IT Analyst in the Audio/Visual team, you will be supporting technologies that assist our internal customers with global collaboration through the use of conference room equipment, visual management systems, video systems, and live event audio equipment. This position will also work to ensure the timely support and administration of the Interactive Intelligence System (ININ) that controls global call centers within Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions.

AS AN AV/IT ANALYST, YOU WILL:

* Support end-users with daily audio/visual operations including conference room and meeting support
* Support pre-recorded or live events that include special equipment setup or video editing
* Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support conference room equipment and systems troubleshooting
* Responsible for engaging with internal customers to design basic audio/visual solutions
* Attend meetings with internal customers and vendors to discuss, plan, and schedule audio/visual and ININ projects
* Initiate equipment or services quotes based on end-user requirements
* Assist in the administration of ININ, performing password resets, workgroup assignments, and skill updates
* Responsible for designing basic ININ call flows and supporting ININ hardware functions
* Initiate and monitor ININ system maintenance for servers and other infrastructure components
* Conduct end-user training on audio/visual technologies and ININ software, processes, and procedures

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Analysis or equivalent work experience
* Experience with PC, Network, and Server support
* Working Knowledge with various types of Audio/Visual equipment such: as Cisco, Crestron, Biamp, Barco
* Working knowledge in Voice over IP (VOIP)
* Knowledgeable with call center administrative tasks such as workgroup, skills, and roles assignments
* Must be self-motivated and self-starting
* Demonstrated customer service skills
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel up to 10% for the role
* Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for the role will not be available

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

* CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification
* 2+ years of equivalent experience in IT support roles
* Working Knowledge of Genesys PureConnect Platform

The newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leading-edge lab facilities.
