We are hiring for the position of Manager, Warehouse located at our Tyler, Texas refinery.
This position administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise, direct and lead the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team and warehouse area to ensure process safety, safety, environmental, reliability, and cost optimization goals of the refinery are achieved
-Maintain a safe and environmentally compliant operation by following, implementing and enforcing Company procedures and complying with all legal regulations
-Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner
-Utilize docks, warehouse layout, for storage efficiency
-Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily needs
- Establish and monitor Warehouse KPIs through utilization of advanced analytics
- Maintain a Critical Spares Program in collaboration with internal Maintenance and Operational stakeholders
- Manage MRP replenishment orders for Warehouse storeroom
- Develop and execute materials management strategies for planned Turnaround and outage events
Required Qualifications Education, Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Supervises the daily activities of support or production team members. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
