We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Storeroom Operations Manager in Arvin, CA.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for training, developing, and mentoring, all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates.

* Responsible for input to the facility business plans including preparation of manpower, capital, and expense budgets.

* Monitoring and managing key performance criteria

* Developing medium term strategic plans and direction

* Responsible for safety/environmental compliance

* Accountable for performance of operation

* Training and development for 150 employees (including Management)

* Engaging dealer representatives to proactively communicate and further enhance customer relationships

* Shift flexibility and 24-hour on call availability

Basic Qualifications:

* College or university degree or equivalent experience

* 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing Operations, 6 Sigma, and/or Lean experience.

* Previous leadership experience

* SAP/EWM system experience

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

* Certified 6 Sigma and CPS Black Belt

* Proven values-based leadership experience with direct reports

* Experience in one or more of the following: Human Resources, Planning, Systems Analytics, Transportation, or direct hands-on work with customers.

* Completion of a leadership program/certification

* Working knowledge of company products and services

* Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, and Access.

* Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department

This position does offer relocation.

This position requires 10% or less travel
