Our Industrial Engineering Department is looking to fill a crucial role that focuses on Labor Management Performance Metrics and Reporting. Although the position does report into our engineering department, an engineering background is NOT required for success.

The responsibilities of the role are as follows:

* Safeguard data integrity and support labor management planning process by ensuring data entry accuracy into the Labor Management (LM) and Warehouse Management (WM) systems
* Review daily LM performance for shift associates; Analyze, investigate and adjust root cause anomalies in accordance with engineering guidelines
* Track trending performance, generate reports through the use of varied systems and tools for a diverse audience based up to and including the executive team and maintain reporting tools
* Perform standard operating procedure (SOP) audits and communicate results to the leadership team
* Collaborate with other departments for new associate set-up and maintenance with the LM and WM systems
* Responsible for other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

The Successful Candidate will have the following experiences and skill sets:

* Bachelors degree is preferred; High School or GED is required
* Previous experience in customer facing roles
* Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Previous experience with data extraction and compilation through the use of data filters, VLookups, and Pivot Tables highly preferable
* Ability to review, analyze and recognize data anomalies is essential
* Proven experiences demonstrating strong initiative, ability to self manage, prioritize, multitask and course correct when necessary
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving skills and strong business acumen will contribute greatly to one's success
* Working knowledge of RF Scanners and warehouse management systems is helpful
* Ability and willingness to embrace a team oriented environment, availability for overtime and comply with paid time off blackout periods during high volume peak seasons as business needs
