Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

Demonstrates, through behavior, AdventHealths core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork.

* Executes on strategies of the Diversity and Inclusion plan to fully support the Whole Care Experience as well as aligns with our value of Inclusiveness
* Prepares and delivers Diversity and Inclusion presentations and training sessions to all levels of team members and leaders throughout the organization. Assists with planning, setup and implementation of other events as needed.
* Under the direction of the Diversity & Inclusion Manger, coaches and educates various levels of leadership across the organization on diversity and inclusion concepts and principles and assists leaders with action planning.
* Collaborates with other departments within AdventHealth including CREATION Life, Leadership and Talent Development, Internal communications, etc. to fully support the successful implementation of Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
* Responsible for diversity analytics including tracking metrics, generating diversity reporting to show trends, and communicating impact across diversity programs and initiatives.
* Represents AdventHealth in the community by serving on various community boards, committees, etc and delivers community presentations as requested.
* Cultivates relationships with key external diversity organizations and vendors
* Manages and provides guidance to Employee Resource Groups as requested.
* Researches current Diversity best practices and new/innovative strategies

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

* Bachelors degree in multicultural studies, human resources, business administration, organizational development, communications or similar field.
* Minimum two years of demonstrated working experience in Diversity and Inclusion or related field

The focus for the Diversity & Inclusion Partner is to implement diversity and inclusion strategies and programming aligned with our mission, Whole Care Experience Culture as well as reflects our value of Inclusiveness. In this role, the Diversity & Inclusion Partner works collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are fully communicated, implemented, adopted and tracked.
