The Market Development Acceleration (MDA) Sales Organization is growing like crazy and hyper-focused on originating more pipeline for Accenture's fastest growing, most exciting technology partners. Our Sales Operations Associate Manager is a critical component of the MDA Sales Organization who is charged with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sellers. Sales Operations supports our sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications - they are responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organization. In other words, you are the low-key magician behind the scenes!

The work
* Liaise between Market Units, Client Groups, Technology, etc. to ensure a unified pipeline per geography
* Liaise between MDA Sales reps to understand where crossover and coordination can happen
* Develop and manage various lead generation sources from various teams and stakeholders, including our Data Insights team
* Manage all aspects of SalesLoft (our Sales Enablement tool) from reporting, analytics, data hygiene, email best practices, keeping a regular cadence with the MDA sales reps
* Help to manage and optimize our MMS (Salesforce) processes and ensure all MDA Sales Reps are clear on guidance and best practices
* Support analytics and reporting between SalesLoft and MMS activities, identifying trends and abnormalities
* Build and standardize reporting format for weekly metrics
* Manage and standardize weekly reporting cadence with our relevant partner stakeholders
* Establish baseline performance expectations of weekly/monthly/quarterly activities as well as a baseline conversion funnel
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications
Here's what you will need
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Analytics
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in major CRM (Preferably Salesforce)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
Bonus points if
* Able to manipulate and interpret raw data sets in Excel
* SalesLoft and Salesforce reporting and analytics experience
