Title: Global Recruiting Program Lead
Organization: Corporate Functions/Human Resources
Location: Chicago
As a Program Lead as part of the Global Strategic Programs team, you will be critical member of Accentures Global Recruiting team. Focused on Accentures highest priority growth areas, you will work closely with Accenture business leaders to develop comprehensive, global recruiting strategies to enable accelerated growth for critical skills and a great end to end experience for our candidates.
* Evaluate, discuss, and prioritize recruiting initiatives with Global Business Leaders and HRBPs to identify any new global focus areas that need strategic attention.
* Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies to support key skill growth areas, working cross functionally with MU recruiting teams to enable execution of strategies at a local level.
* Lead cross-functional teams to support short term high volume recruiting initiatives for niche skills, acting as interlock with the business and leadership to break down barriers to enable recruiting at speed
* Fully own and execute on your teams strategic priorities initiatives. This may include delegating pieces of projects to others on the team as needed.
* Help with other related initiatives to support high-growth skill areas as requested
* Drive innovative experiments to enable hiring for specific skill gaps at a global and local level for priority businesses and skill areas
* Onboard and develop new team members as needed, and help to delegate work in order to drive your teams initiatives to completion
* Keep Strategic Priorities Lead apprised on key initiatives across your business on a weekly basis, communicating status on any of your teams initiatives via final slides that are needed for broader Leadership related updates
* Make process recommendations to help drive collaboration across your project teams as well as across the broader talent landscape.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience acting as an advisor to business leadership
* Minimum of 3 years of experience developing comprehensive recruiting, talent, and/or HR strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability and willingness to work on a flexible schedule to support stakeholders in various time zones
* Experience working with business leadership across the globe
* A love of strategic work and problem solving
