Amazon Logistics is hiring a Business Analyst to conduct network analysis to define priorities for Safety Programs, build dashboards/reports to track effectiveness of key initiatives, provide feedback to improve data gathering tools and collaborate with BI and tech teams to build self-service tools to help leaders get better access to the right data. In this role you will be delivering insights based on data, creating reports to track effectiveness and ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders across organizations, and a deep commitment to the safety of our associates, drivers, customers, and community members.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or four years experience as a Business Analyst or BIE
3+ years experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
Experience using Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Tableau & Quicksight
Expert SQL skills
Background in statistics methodology, applications to business problems, and/or big data
Able to navigate through ambiguity, and possess a preparedness to get involved and do what is necessary to get things done
Experience building visualization tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Able to quickly define and assess key issues and challenges in data or processes and problem solve efficiently
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently
