Position Summary

Strategy, Transformation and Operational Effectiveness Business Partner

The purpose of ABM's Technology & Manufacturing's (T&M) Service Delivery Team is to drive business results, cultural alignment, and business transformation - throughout - resulting in optimum employee engagement, service excellence, client focus, and profitable growth. As a major driver of Industry Group Development and Execution, you will be deeply involved in setting and ensuring the successful execution of ABMs short- and long-term strategies including growth, operating efficiency/effectiveness, and cost-saving initiatives.

You will work in close partnership with Industry Group and Functional leadership and teams to develop, prioritize, lead, and execute IG initiatives that deliver improved business performance. This will require developing financial and operational analytics to inform / track key priorities, building and communicating internal consensus on optimal execution path forward, and designing / leading disciplined processes to execute service delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead IG through Enterprise Initiatives and Transformation/Change Management

Translate/manage enterprise level transformation initiatives and systems deployment

* Build strong and productive partnerships with key stakeholders within business units and cross-functional teams to develop, prioritize, lead, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver improved business performance
* Represent and advocate for the Industry Group to ABMs Strategy & Transformation Management Office, act as Two-Way Bridge to Field between S&T and IG
* Ensure everything in S&T is field first and lead roll out, tracking
* Leverage project management skills and expertise to successfully manage projects.
* Responsible for ensuring effective change management and communication plans are developed, aligned upon, and implemented
* Set and achieve timelines, deliverables, and agendas for critical milestones
* Manage (directly or indirectly) through to the desired outcomes

Improve Operational Effectiveness

Drive continuous operational productivity, efficiency and EBITDA improvement through program execution and KPI governance, process change, and automation

End-to-end process and repeatable execution considerations must be foundational to all things Service Delivery related

* QA Program Management
* Account Management
* Workforce Optimization / Labor Management
* ABMWay alignment
* Develop and deploy methodology and tools to drive efficiencies across the program
* Manage (directly or indirectly) through to the desired outcomes

Minimum Requirements

* 10+ years of direct service delivery experience, with preference to ABM and/or Technology & Manufacturing vertical experience
* Proven ability to drive service delivery, from start to finish: analyzing the opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing delivery strategy and executing to the strategy
* Must be able to produce a persuasive plan/process through exceptional written and oral communication skills as needed for each client
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at multiple stages of the process
* Ability to meet firm deadlines and quarterback the team so they do the same
* Direct involvement in managing large service-related account start ups
* Direct quality control programs and client business reviews
* Pricing experience with large scale Service Contracts
* College degree or equivalent work experience Project oversight of large-scale service deployments
* Travel 30%+
