Purpose:

Senior Payroll Architect to join the Xerox Global HCM Team. This position will provide quality payroll system solutions for Human Resource. You will work closely with the team to solution, implement and optimize Xeroxs Payroll Systems through the alignment of technologies to ensure the most streamlined and efficient application.

Scope:

* Provide functional and technical design solutions for Payroll systems
* Work with business analysts to develop business solution designs that meet business requirements
* Ability to set up and configure ADP Global view Payroll System
* Evaluates, Recommends and Drives opportunities for payroll enhancements and/or efficiencies
* Ability to communicate payroll concepts in a concise manner
* Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks to developed solutionsQualifications

Required Experience:

* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong leadership skills to coach junior team members
* Global experience; direct involvement with supported Payroll COE and technical professionals at different levels in the organization across geographies
* ADP Global view Payroll experience
* Experienced with MFT
* BA / BS degree from accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly related field.
* 5+ years of related technical, business or project experience.

Candidate Education:

* Bachelors Degree
