The group includes Home Lending; Auto; Cards, Retail and Merchant Services; Personal Lending; Consumer Lending Control; and Consumer Lending Shared Services.

The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels

This position will assist in managing risk by being actively involved in addressing issues (SHRPs) and corrective actions (CAs) from the initial identification of issues (project intake) through implementation (technology installs).
Responsibilities include:

* Facilitate meetings with technology and business to create epics/user stories for requirements
* Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog
* Coordinate with technology development/scrum teams to size and determine sprint plan and production install schedules, and ensure the effort has the right priority within the backlog
* Coordinate with business partners and demand planners when priorities need to be reset
* Assist in resolving impediments and removing roadblocks
* Monitor projects to ensure the project delivery timeline remains intact.
* Provide status updates to business and technology leadership
* Escalate issues or risks to timeline to senior leadership
* Ensure the business has the proper monitoring controls in place in order to close out issues (SHRPs)
* Provide a comprehensive view and status updates for the overall list of active issues and corrective actions in flight
* Look for opportunities to stream-line the process in order to close out issues quicker and share these ideas with business and technology leadership

Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of practical Agile experience (e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer on a scrum team, Project Manager, or Business System Consultant working directly with scrum teams)
* 1+ year of experience as a practicing Scrum Master

Desired Qualifications
* Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
* Knowledge and understanding of technology software: release management
* Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
* JIRA experience
* Knowledge and understanding of Agile operational metrics such as: Velocity, Predictability, Sprint burn-downs, and etc.

Other Desired Qualifications
* 3+ years business experience in a matrixed management environment
