Banking, Lending, & Trust is a center of excellence that brings teams and functions currently found across WIMs consumer businesses under a common, WIM-level organization. The group is focused on transforming from channel-based to client-focused solutions and delivery in an effort to reduce operational risk, improve efficiency, increase consistency/coordination, and bring focus on product management / development to deliver innovative growth and improve the client experience. Additionally, the new group will deliver a WIM-level culture of product management excellence by creating a culture of innovation, product excellence, client service and risk mitigation.
The Senior Fiduciary Administrator 3/NC Risk Operations Consultant (ROC) performs daily duties that include completing internal controls, risk and special project coordination and assistance along with Know Your Customer (KYC). Additional duties may include senior level fiduciary administration with risk related items and projects, open item management, training and handling complex long-term administration issues and assistance with mailroom and operation tasks. This position may also be responsible for making sound fiduciary judgments and recommendations as well as providing procedural updates to the North Carolina Fiduciary Management Service (FMS) office. Partners with Regional ROCs, Fiduciary Procedural Risk Management Team, FMS Fiduciary Team Managers and other FMS Office Leadership. Analyzes trust/financial information, reacts accordingly and reprioritizes as appropriate. May act as mentor to provide work direction.
Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following industries: financial, trust, or legal

* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* Exposure to Wells Fargo Trust operations applications and systems such as: SEI Trust 3000 and TRMS (Trust Money Movement Systems)

* Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach
* Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
* Ability to review trust agreement documents and ensure bank compliance
* Strong relationship management skills

* Ability to read and interpret legal documents
* Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA)
Other Desired Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and understanding of trust, fiduciary law, and federal regulations
* A BS/BA degree or higher (such as MBA/JD/LLM) in business, management, law or trust and wealth management
* Ability to effectively work with fiduciary administrators, team leads and Fiduciary Team Managers in a team environment
* Ability to provide fiduciary oversight to complex questions regarding trust taxability, document interpretation and fiduciary risk management
* Demonstrated working knowledge of fiduciary operational and risk mitigation standards, including the ability to effectively communicate related policies and procedures
* Strong PC proficiency
* Experience working in a Fiduciary Management Services office
