Within Wells Fargo Technology group, this position is part of the WDTT - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team. This team is responsible for developing, building, deploying, and managing integrated solutions on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise and cloud platform. The platform supports multiple lines of business across Wells Fargo.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a third-party (Microsoft) developed application that has been implemented as an on-premise solution and is customized in-house to add user functionality and to build integration points with internal WF applications. The product was initially implemented in 2011 and we have continued to enhance the product to expand its usage and to support new customers. Currently, our platform is running the Dynamics 365 product but we are preparing for the CRM v9 product.
This position plays a critical role in helping manage various regulatory and risk related activities. The position provides support to our Microsoft Dynamics applications in key areas such as: Managing development change control process (P2k), managing our secure coding efforts, managing all eSARS activities to ensure full compliance, reviewing all MARS activities and working with appropriate teams to close gaps, providing leadership on key risk and security initiatives and assisting with SDLC documentation and Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises.
The candidate must be familiar with the technology stack that supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The candidate will frequently function within an Agile methodology and participate on scrum teams. Above all, the candidate assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met. The candidate will be involved in activities that support the entire Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) as well as post-implementation activities and production troubleshooting. Occasionally, you may be required work non-standard hours to support code implementations and other application support activities.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of software engineering experience
* 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Safety and Soundness initiatives, iTracker, SDLC Tracker, SD (Secure Development ), Elements or AMCT (Application Maintenance Calendaring Tool )
* 3+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools
* 3 + years of experience with Agile tools
Desired Qualifications
* An industry-standard technology certification
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* 1+ year of risk and regulatory compliance experience
* Knowledge and understanding of CRM projects, tools, and systems
Other Desired Qualifications
* Mircrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM
* Familiarity with the technology stack that supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Visual Studio, .NET, javascript, and the Dynamics Web API/SDK.
