The Digital Technology team within Commercial Lending & Banking Technology is seeking a Senior IBM BPM Solutions Architect. The candidate will be engaged with implementing Application Architecture, ensuring IBM BPM Design best practices in-compliance with both application and enterprise security guidelines, App Development and be part of high performing implementations.

This role will be a key contributor in re-building Cornerstone, the Customer Due Diligence platform of the future.

The Customer Due Diligence platform is a highly visible, high priority set of applications residing on multiple technologies. The platform is used across all Wholesale LOBs and is essential to merger and acquisition activity. The platform will be used by 1,000s of internal users who are on boarding and supervising nearly one million clients.

Regarded across the enterprise as an expert in multiple identified areas of expertise, the Software Sr. Engineer will have responsibility for developing standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, largescale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues. They will also design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Translates advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions. Expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices. Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provides expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others with the goal of knowledge transfer.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of development best practices that lead to a stable production environment, working knowledge of relevant development and monitoring tools, the ability to work closely with project managers to provide project leadership when required, and the ability to adapt to a challenging environment of rapid change and multiple competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Implementing IBM BPM Application Architecture, enforcing IBM BPM Design best practices, and developing solutions using IBM BPM BAW 19.0.0.x or BPM 8.6 or BPM 8.5.x
* Eliciting business process requirements and designing solutions that work efficiently within the constraints of the IBM BPM 8.6 or 8.5X or later (BAW 19.0.0.x) product capabilities
* Implementing Coaches/UI, Human Tasks, System Tasks and Toolkit using Business Process Designs (BPDs) within IBM BPM
* Identifying anti-patterns specific to IBM BPM product (like string of pearls, constellation, rule of seven etc.) and ensuring avoidance anti-pattern implementation.
* Coding within various JS Frameworks, including Dojo, React JS and Angular JS, HTML coding and styling
* Creating IBM BPM custom coach views (CVs) and working with BPM coach views (Brazos, stock controls, spark etc.)
* Integrating IBM BPM with external partners by consuming and exposing RESTful and SOAP based webservices and interacting with external systems using asynchronous JMS communication mechanism
* Working with Oracle Database and RDBMS concepts
* Working with AIS (Advance Integration Services), UCAs, Team Filter/Retrieval Services and external integrations
* Maintaining parallel code base for various IBM BPM process applications/toolkits by creating tracks, performing code merge and ensuring no instance migration issues when migrating the instances from old snapshot to new one.

This position can be based at any of the following Wells Fargo target site locations: Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ.

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of software engineering experience
* 7+ years of IBM BPM experience
* 5+ Years of BPM (Business Process Management) Architecture experience
* 5+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
* 5+ years of Oracle experience

Desired Qualifications
* An industry-standard technology certification
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* 5+ years of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
* 5+ years of Java experience
* 5 + years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI or Angular JS)
* Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) methodology
* 2+ years of Agile experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* 7+ years of process definition and documentation experience
* 6+ years of Coach UI implementation
* IBM Integration Designer experience
* Experience implementing Headless BPM processes
* WAS/IBM BPM/WPS basic administration experience
* Websphere Application Server / Websphere Process Server administration experience
