Enterprise Complaint Program is a company-wide initiative to design and develop an integrated technology solution for handling complaints life-cycle. This candidate will be part of an engineering team with focus on technical solutions. As a team lead candidate will be accountable for multiple projects at any given time, and will be expected to provide technical guidance for a wide variety of systems/solutions. Lead will also interact with offshore team and be responsible for sprint delivery. Candidate will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with EIT project team members - EIT entities involved in projects include Application Developers, Enterprise Architects, DBA, Project Managers, Network, Hardware, Desktop and Operating System Engineers. In addition the position will liaison with business owners, product owners and other projects teams. Lead will also be responsible to provide leadership and guidance to junior developers and be able to peer-review work performed by the team.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of software engineering experience
* 8+ years of Java experience
* 6 + years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
* 6+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
* 4+ years of leadership experience
* 3+ years of microservices development experience
* 2+ years of experience developing and using RESTful Application Program Interface (API)

Desired Qualifications
* An industry-standard technology certification
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology business systems analysis
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions

Other Desired Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in API development
* 5+ years of experience in TDD/BDD and Karate Framework
* 3+ years of experience in Cloud technologies such as , PCF/GCP and worked in cloud migration.
* 2+ years of experience in performance improvements in DB, SQL and Java servers.
* Release management experience using tools Jenkins/UDeploy
* Production research experience using Splunk and Appdyanamics tools

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
