As Associate Director, Business Analysis, you will lead a team responsible for the direction of Enterprise Occupational Health and Safety's technology applications. In collaboration with business partners and other technology teams including the data engineering and merger & acquisitions, you will lead the definition of product roadmaps including building cases for new or enhanced capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead the definition of EOHS program requirements, product roadmaps and packaging the features into deployable releases; define business cases for new or enhanced product capabilities to ensure the proposed capabilities are aligned with the strategic business goals
* Lead the requirements gathering, design of the applications, ongoing implementations, enhancements of technology instances
* Provide leadership and guidance to analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing vendor applications
* Engage with business leaders to fully understand business needs, manage and influence key stakeholders, demonstrating consultation and relationship management skills at the technical and business leadership levels
* Demonstrate success in launching, evolving and maintaining products
* Integrate and synthesize information in unique ways to provide new perspectives
* Work collaboratively by building trust with others

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in technical, business or health care related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience with requirement gathering, managing a product in a large-scale enterprise environment
* Experience with managing and lead new program requirements, work with mergers and acquisitions to integrate brand new applications into UHG's ecosystem
* 7+ years of health care, analytics, or related background with proven track record in product/ program management
* 5+ years of Agile program management and technology execution
* 3 + years management experience
* 3+ years of facilitation skills and client facing experience

Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience working with HL7 or X12 or similar EDI technologies
* Experience working JIRA, Rally or similar feature/ bug tracking system
* Self-starter, resourceful; independently seeks and finds information, knowledge, and / or tools to complete tasks as needed
* Experience with data management, data science and RDBMS applications

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
