Job Summary:
SUMMARY
Hulus Brand, Live & Licensed team is seeking a Multicultural Marketing Intern who will be an outstanding addition to our Marketing team. As a Multicultural Marketing intern, you will be a key contributor to our multicultural marketing strategy, research and campaign executions. You will leverage research insights to craft marketing strategies targeting Multicultural audiences, and partner in close alignment with Brand, Content, Creative, Growth, On-channel programming, PR, Social and other teams throughout Hulu to bring campaigns to life. The right person for this internship is not only someone with a strong interest in entertainment and technology, and passion for telling culturally relevant stories, but also someone who takes initiative and has a highly collaborative personality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Provide support in execution of marketing campaigns for cultural tentpoles, pro-social and content campaigns that specifically target Multicultural audiences
* Partner with Brand and Content team and Research to develop increased insight in different target audiences (profile key consumer groups and recommend marketing tactics)
* Brainstorm with Brand and Content teams on various research projects to develop insights and actionable recommendations
* Support in monitoring and developing competitive analysis and recommendations
* Provide a Gen Z perspective to analyses
* Act as the point person between the Brand, Live & Licensed team and other Hulu Summer Interns
WHAT TO BRING
* Student currently pursuing an undergrad degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Writing, Business and/or Entertainment
* A passion for storytelling, marketing and entertainment
* Strong listening skills
* Strong PowerPoint/Excel and Google Slides/Sheets skills
* Superb work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
* A sincere love for television and film and desire to change the status quo
NICE-TO-HAVES
* Experience with creative film, television or video production
