As an operational subject matter expert, the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations PH will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and execution for Enterprise talent acquisition recruitment operations. This includes supporting a team of 30+ Professional Recruiters and Sourcers and leveraging and/or collaborating with systems Super Users and key partners.
In alignment with our enterprise talent acquisition vision, day-to-day activities will entail project management, strategic operational advancement, and the development and execution of our day to day talent acquisition operation practices. This will also include leading, driving, and executing work across the Walt Disney Company where appropriate.
In addition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will lead efforts in managing and delivering exceptional support to our recruiters, clients, and partners. This will be inclusive of, but not limited to, the creation and execution of Recruiter/Sourcer onboarding and integration, identifying and driving process enhancements as it relates to segments and TA team practices, evolving and supporting reporting projects and participating in enterprise operational initiatives when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
* Lead enterprise talent acquisition recruitment operations initiatives for delivering exceptional recruitment support, experiences, transactions and processes
* Member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership team helping to develop and implement broader HR and Talent Acquisition strategies
* Develop, train and manage newly defined operational standards of excellence
* While keeping business priorities in mind, maintain strong working relationships with clients, leaders and peers within the organization
* Continuous improvement through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards and recruitment analytics
* Key partner and integrator with enterprise Walt Disney Company TA organizations for driving and achieving systems and business operational excellence
* Project manage and execute on day-to-day recruitment operations while ensuring the TA team, client and candidates experience is met
* Demonstrate effective req management, passive and active talent pipelining through creative and strategic sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, interactive marketing plans and networking opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of recruitment operations with focus on operational strategies for advancing a TA function, data insights, TA experience management, and/or operational support
* Subject matter expertise with talent acquisition technology systems such as an Enterprise ATS, TRM, Tableau and HRMS
* Proven success with coaching and developing team operational capabilities and leading through vision and values
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization and across geographical markets
* Excellent project management, presentation, and influencing skills
* Experience developing, advancing, and driving operational excellence across people, process, and technology
* Deep expertise using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engagement, networking and sourcing; to include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
* Strong analytical capabilities for translating data, finding trends and insights, and developing/measuring actionable behaviors and transactions
* Working within advanced recruitment teams; preferably in a progressive and best in class recruiting organization within a high volume, highly complex, multi-national organization
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Kenexa or an equivalent ATS, VMS and Enterprise HRMS
* Advanced reporting and dashboard capabilities (Excel, Cognos, and/or Tableau)
* Understanding how to fully leverage collaboration spaces (Outlook 365, Box, Sharepoint, etc)
