We are open to filling this position in any of our physical office locations: Madison / Middleton, WI; Eden Prairie, MN; Urbandale, IA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Scottsdale, AZ or Knoxville, TN. Work arrangements outside of these locations may also be considered. Until our locations safely reopen, this position will work remotely at home.

Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Consultant focuses on sourcing, screening, selecting, and retaining top talent while partnering with hiring managers and their teams to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
In addition to talent acquisition activities, this position will help lead localized campus recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Consultant also provides leadership or support for other talent related processes and HR projects (i.e. background checks, affirmative action, drug screens, on-boarding, social media, interviewing best practices; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, immigration, relocation, etc.).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent work experience
* 2+ years human resources experience, including at least 1+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a Corporate environment
Other Qualifications:
* Experience with applicant tracking and enterprise content management systems; iCIMS and SharePoint a plus
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
* Experience in attracting and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce
* Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
* Social media platform experience (Facebook, LinkedIn), prior site administrator role a plus
* Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines
