Overview:

Provides entry-level customer response for Cisco pre sales requests including pricing, services, and/or deal registrations in support of a large group with more complex solutions.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

* Provides the first call response to Partners and Sales, focused on providing pricing and quoting for customer identified solution. (30%)

* Creates renewal quotes, manages cases, performs contract consolidations. (35%)

* Creates and delivers solutions to the customer, communicating service levels and setting expectations for entitlement/delivery (10%)

* Supplies final solution based on asset request, applicable programs, promotions and add-ons (10%)

* Contributes information to sales forecast and planning. (10%)

* Implements actions identified by management to resolve business needs. (5%)

Qualifications:

Experience:

* No prior experience necessary.

Education & Certifications:

* Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.

* High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.

Working Conditions:

* Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

* May be located at the Clearwater corporate office or at the reseller location.

* Professional, office environment.

* Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
