Highlights:

As the Program Manager, you accelerate growth through the detailed management of enterprise-wide programs. You are a strategic leader proficient in the coordination of resources for highly complex programs consisting of multiple projects. You ensure the successful integration of these projects through adjustments to the scope, budget and timing as necessary.

You collaborate with project managers and empower them through your extensive technical and project management experience. You have an aptitude for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles with the ability to share this knowledge with your teams. You excel at managing your assigned programs and teams from an office position. You report to the Director of Program Management for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

* Encourage enterprise-wide excellence by supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
* Drive complex programs through the development of strategies that support business cases and high-level project plans.
* Ensure the integration of projects by adjusting the scope, timing and budgets based on business needs while coordinating with Project Managers to define the program plan.
* Improve project management processes by serving as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to the Project Managers and leaders.
* Drive the program management process to deliver project scope on time and within budget with responsibilities that include directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, supervising quality reviews and managing issue resolution.
* Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers to complete projects on time and ensure high quality deliverables.
* Identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals or enhance program strategies by partnering with senior leadership and other stakeholders within the business community.

Required keys for success:

* Five or more years of project management experience.
* Seven or more years of IT or engineering experience.
* Excel at working independently with no supervision and guidance.
* Proficient in prioritizing and organizing programs while defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
* Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data and show sound judgment to accomplish job duties.
* Confident when preparing and delivering data-driven presentations.
* Deadline-driven with the ability to resolve issues while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* History of influencing internal and external stakeholders while developing working relationships with peers and project members.
* Expert at managing large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the entire organization.
* Successful track record of implementing program and project plans and monitoring progress, resource usage and quality.
* Proven ability to manage complex programs and project budgets.
* Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans to eliminate or mitigate identified risks.
* Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

* Experience in business operations and developing business processes.
* History of work with business partners to determine project requirements
* Track record of providing analytical assessments of the business with data and reporting.

Your education:

* Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
* Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred).

Time Warner Cable (TWC) was an American cable television company. Before it was purchased by Charter Communications on May 18, 2016, it was ranked the second largest cable company in the United States by revenue behind only Comcast, operating in 29 states. Its corporate headquarters were located in the Time Warner Center in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, with other corporate offices in Stamford, Connecticut; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Herndon, Virginia. From 1971 to 1981, Time Warner Cable, as Warner Cable, owned Dimension Pictures.

It was controlled by Warner Communications, then by Time Warner. That company spun off the cable operations in March 2009 as part of a larger restructuring. From 2009 to 2016, Time Warner Cable was an entirely independent company, continuing to use the Time Warner name under license from its former parent (including the "Road Runner" name for its Internet service, now Spectrum Internet).

In 2014, the company was the subject of a proposed purchase by Comcast Corporation, valued at $45.2 billion; however, following opposition to the deal by various groups, along with plans by the U.S. government to try to block the merger, Comcast called off the deal in April 2015. On May 26, 2015, Charter Communications announced that it would acquire Time Warner Cable for $78.7 billion, along with Bright House Networks in a separate $10.1 billion deal, pending regulatory approval.

The purchase was completed on May 18, 2016; Charter had continued to do business as Time Warner Cable in its former markets, but has now re-branded these operations under the Spectrum brand in most markets (even Charter launched this brand in 2014), though it will continue to use the roadrunner.com email addresses and adelphia.net email addresses to new customers.
