PepsiCos Beverages North America - Central Team (PBNA) is looking for a strategic, results-oriented and creative individuals to be a part of our exciting Marketing growth agenda in our key priority accounts in the Southern markets of the division. The Retail landscape is facing tremendous change which is forcing customers to look for new growth opportunities in order to drive traffic and basket size. As such, Shopper marketing has become a key lever for PepsiCo in helping our customers drive differentiation in the marketplace and identify new growth opportunities.

This role will help ignite our consumers thirst for our PepsiCo beverage portfolio in Central Division and you will be responsible for developing and driving a nationally great, locally even better brand plans for the beverage trademarks in our priority customers. The work includes partnering with the brand, cross-functional and agency partners to develop and execute shopper marketing programs and activations to deliver both short-term and long-term results for the assigned customers

The Marketing Senior Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support related to development, execution and analysis of various shopper marketing initiatives in PBNAs Central Division.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and Execute Shopper Marketing initiatives that create a deeper relationship, engagement and conversion with shoppers at priority customers as well as post-program analysis to optimize programming in the future for its respective accounts

* Support to Shopper Marketing Manager to set the Shopper Marketing Agenda for key the Divisions accounts in the Southern markets as well as National CCOs LF accounts for Locally Even Better activations (Schnucks, Price Chopper & Kroger for Local Even Better activations) - uncovering the core shopper insights, setting objectives, developing & executing the plan as well as tracking success.

* Collaborate with Divisional Account Joint Business Planning - requires liaising with customer team through the development of their customer plans as well as acting as a key resource to them

* Develop ongoing relationship with Customers marketing team aligning to full year planning agenda

* Leverage Sector strategies/programs to drive efficiencies and effectively localize programming & activations

* Effectively budget management

* Agency Management: Manage Agency relationships to deliver breakthrough programs and creative that drive unique point of difference for our brands within the division

Qualifications/Requirements

* Undergraduate Degree required

* 3+ years prior Marketing experience if undergrad or 1 year prior Marketing experience if advanced degree. Additional commercial facing experience will be also ideal

* Passion for connecting with consumers in meaningful ways

* Great presentation skills to engage internal and external audiences

* Proven expertise in managing the agency process from brief to delivering best in class ideas.

* Strong project management leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders

* An understanding of how consumer insights drive the development of effective marketing campaigns and programming

* Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills

* Consumer-centric Marketer who can identify relevant consumer insights and thrives on change within a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships

* Budget management skills

* High proficiency in power point to develop visually impactful presentations.

* Digital Media and eComm experience preferred

* Up to 15% travel required
