Division Information

PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. With independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States and Canada, PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs designed to meet your specific fleet needs.

Requisition Summary

The Franchise Operations Specialist reports to the Franchise Operations Manager; this specialist develops and implements analytics across the franchise operations department to provide accurate, relevant and meaningful reports, data, and analysis to management.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

* Collects franchise financial information and generates monthly and quarterly reports for PacLease executives.
* Develops, and publishes financial reports and franchise profiles for the Area Operations Managers.
* Oversees sales region aliment to report franchise financial information.
* Develops methods to extract, clean, merge, transform and compile franchise financial data, vehicle information and other relevant indicators for the Franchise Operations department.
* Recommends actions to manage franchise data and supports the creation of scorecards and dashboards to measure franchise performance.
* Assists in the requirements, testing, and training of new franchise financials systems and processes to improve reporting efficiencies.
* Develops six sigma projects; promotes innovation and continues improvement initiatives to analyze data and support conclusions.
* Supports the Franchise Operations Manager with special assignments related to franchises and suppliers' data.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of applicable job experience, with proven ability to work on projects simultaneously, and manage large volume of data to conduct analysis.

* Demonstrated ability to work with Excel, Access, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to consolidate and analyze data, and generate reports.
* Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-passed environment.
* Candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate and present data.
* Ability to work independently while also being a strong collaborator.
* Understanding of financial and statistical metrics and reports.
* Ability to understand business metrics and develop key reports to support executive decisions.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Six-Sigma experience

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields.
* Master's in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field preferred.
