Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Pricing Analyst. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Tactical Space Systems Division Pricing and Estimating team reporting to the Pricing and Estimating Manager. The position can be located at either of the Division rsquo;s major Northrop Grumman facilities (Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.
* Support risk and opportunity assessment, quantification, and analysis during the proposal process
* Support Pricing and Estimating team initiatives and continuous improvement Participate as a member of the contract negotiating team.
* Interact with other functional areas (Business Management, Contracts, Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Logistics) to develop strategies in support of proposal requirements and deadlines.

This position rsquo;s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor 39;s degree
* 2+ years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, contracts and/or business
* Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Aerospace/defense industry and business management experience.
* Working knowledge of material pricing techniques.
* Knowledge of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
* Current Top Secret clearance.
