Manpower is currently seeking a Service Counter Support Person on 1st shift in Sparta, WI at $15.00 per hour.

What is the job?
You will work with customers over the phone to troubleshoot HVAC system issues, provide quotes, order parts, and coordinate shipments and return of service parts. This position requires working knowledge of HVAC systems and is ideal for someone who has worked in the HVAC industry previously and would like to move into a customer service role. Experience with computers is also needed for this position.
Shift details
* Full time hours with opportunity for overtime
* 1st shift hours Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
* $15.00 per hour
* Temp to hire opportunity where client is looking for employees to take on permanent jobs after showing their great attendance and work ethic. Full benefits including health insurance upon permanent hire!
What you bring to the job?
* Previous HVAC experience is required.
* Proven longevity at past employers.
* Experience with entering orders into a computer system.
