This job is for an Engineering Manager (EM) leading the Valley Forge (VF) program engineering team of ~15-20 engineers. Responsibilities include Cost, Schedule, and Technical performance as a member of the Product Leadership Team (PLT). This involves coordination and communication within Lockheed Martin and across the Government, the SI and Subcontractors. This position involves managing cost accounts, supporting milestone reviews, identifying/mitigating/implementing risks & opportunities, and performing Increment planning across the programs Agile teams. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Manager, Chief Engineers, Engineering Program Manager and Chief Architect to set engineering direction, accomplish milestones/deliveries and provide leadership to the program. This VF EM position will be responsible for key Lockheed Martin functional management activities to include: managing time and attendance; performing recruiting and hiring activities; performance management; conducting compensation planning; career development, counseling, mentoring; facilities coordination; training; and additional activities as required for the functional management of E&T direct reports.

Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency with earned value management, including specific CAM responsibilities
Strong engineering skill sets and background in support of Agile methods within DevSecOps organization
Solid leadership background including knowledge of systems engineering, software development, test and delivery process; prior Engineering Management (EM) lead experience
Active/Current TS/SCI
Desired Skills:
GEOINT community versed - familiarity with the domain/products/customer-set
Certified CAM
Ability to lead a team and work well with virtual team members (LM, Sub, Customer, SI)
