Description:
This is a key position in a fast paced
organization and requires an individual who is able to multi-task and motivated and proactive. The ability to work a rigorous M-F schedule which may include occasional weekends is required. This position will provide administrative support to the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) Site Director at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. This position has a broad range of responsibilities including maintaining executive's Outlook calendar, prioritizing incoming messages and meeting requests, managing executive's e-mail account, making travel arrangements, compiling and submitting expense reports, coordinating/scheduling/supporting meetings and events, assisting in the preparation of briefing materials, and other general office tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative/executive assistant
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Experience in managing emails, calendar and schedule
Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and
submitting expense reports.
Desired Skills:
Executive Administrative experience highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to maintain
Confidentiality, and appropriate sensitivity to all
issues.
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin (LM)
policies and procedures and demonstrates a
professional demeanor.
Possession of solid knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems (security requirements, visit request process, travel, charging, LM People)
Experience in travel booking and expense
reconciliation in LM Travel.
